Real Life Israel is a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Jerusalem, Israel.

We are a Jerusalem-based immersion program designed to provide participants with an authentic view of life in Israel. We serve those who plan to live in Israel or who want to immerse themselves in Israeli society for personal or professional benefit.

We place participants as interns at major cultural, academic, and research institutions such as the Israel Museum, the Hebrew University, and Hadassah Hospital, as well as at organizations advancing social and political change like PresenTense and the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs, along with other organizations and causes.

Our specialties include interning, immersion, touring, and seminars.

We operate in Israel, with activities centered in Jerusalem.

Participants can receive generous grants of $3000 toward participation from the MASA Israel Journey initiative and can apply for additional needs-based scholarships.
