We are RealPeople, a privately held human resources company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Besiktas, Turkey.

We provide strategic communications consulting, with a proactive approach, focusing on employer branding management, talent acquisition, promotion activities, internal communications, and digital media management, and we contribute to the development of our partners' talent and culture structures. We aim to contribute to global literature across academia, industry, and society, and we seek to position our partners within the employer branding field through the application of practical approaches.
