We are Recherche-Alternance.fr, a self-employed staffing and recruitment entity operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Beaumont, France.

Following this observation, we have sought a solution to quickly help these young people and offer a genuine service that will enable them to find apprenticeships more easily. We have noted that schools provide too few resources to help young people find apprenticeships, while deadlines are imposed and the costs of training are high, placing too much emphasis on money relative to the future of these young people and France’s future.

To put this into practice, we organize sessions to recruit apprentices or interns within our agency. We aim to move away from rehearsed responses and engage in meaningful conversations with candidates, and we often discuss with former candidates whose applications we previously declined, continuing to support them and helping improve their CVs so they can quickly find a position.

Our focus areas include education, employment, and recruitment, and we translate these specialties into services that support young people in finding apprenticeships.

We operate in France and serve clients and candidates across the country from our base in Beaumont.
