We are Recruit Refugees, a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Vikersund, Norway.

We focus on bridging connections for meaningful employment, empowering refugees toward integration, and fostering a diverse and inclusive global community. We operate a Training Center and a Job Hiring Platform to support job integration and access to opportunities in Norway. Our partner site provides resources to help refugees integrate into the Norwegian job market, and we also provide local businesses with information about hiring refugees.

To deliver these services, we connect employers with refugees and provide a platform where companies can register, create a free account, post jobs, search talent, connect, hire, and offer guidance and support for refugees within their communities.
