We are Recruiter Suky, a self-employed professional operating in the Human Resources industry. We are headquartered in Trieste, Italy.

Our work is two-fold: we offer advice and information to candidates using our experience as a recruiter, and we help companies improve their internal recruitment processes. We focus on candidates from emerging and developing markets, and on graduates and interns, aiming to help them land the best opportunities and get started on the right path.

We deliver our services through coaching and guidance, with a focus on improving the recruitment process for both candidates and companies. We aim to provide nothing less than a superb candidate experience, ensure recruitment cycles are efficient, and offer other generic support and ideas around recruitment. We address common problems such as lengthy recruitment timelines, a lack of training and guidance provided to interviewers, a lack of representing a unified front or the company values, and too many people involved in final decision-making.
