RecrutonsEnsemble, we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Marseille, France.

Our mission is to connect talents with startups and tech SMEs. We recruit profiles in high-demand fields thanks to our technical expertise, growth-hacking-inspired methods, and our community. We place over 70 profiles per year: engineers (software, hardware, web...), executives (marketing, sales, finance...), and technicians, largely for startups or tech SMEs.

We value the approach of “Better to try quickly than to reflect for a long time” and place practical, on-the-ground reality at the forefront to refine our methods. We are a team of enthusiastic, engaged and empathetic people who have a strong interest in people, the heart of our work.
