Lana Reed joined the Personnel Industry early in 1997 after consulting with one of the Industries Leaders on Career advice. Being Service Driven, she soon realized that her passion for people and making a difference were welcomed, and highly sort after. Lana is a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist who manages the full recruitment processes of all Key Accounts. She is passionate about Placing People First and with this Reed Recruitment opened their doors in 2001, as an Independent Consultancy. Reed tailor-makes the recruitment process specifically to suit the needs, procedures, and culture of their client and follows an ongoing consultation process ensuring a keen understanding of each clients recruitment requirements and company culture. Reed's Services are not limited to Cape Town - we place nationally in many sectors and are able to source for our International network. We are Affiliate Members of the Education Institute of Personnel Service Consultants (A.I.P.S.C) and continue to work within the ethics of APSO.
