We help CEOs, CTOs and COOs recruit the right person at the right moment, thanks to our expertise and our network. We are specialized in technical profiles (Mobile, Web, Product Managers and Product Designers). We also support software engineers, developers and product managers in their career development by offering them opportunities in ambitious, financially stable companies whose product is valuable and where the management is healthy.

We offer headhunting, sourcing, job offers writing, resumes and candidates reviews, pre-interview of candidates and interviews organization, salary negotiations, references checks, closing, and follow-up post hire. We also provide HR coaching, including employer branding development, referral program development, ATS or database sourcing and setup, scorecards creation, redefinition of processes and candidate paths, definition, tracking and analysis of KPIs, and tools reviews to facilitate processes (ATS, automations, growth).
