Rekry & Työelämä — we are a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Jyväskylä, Finland.

We organize and participate in a widely attended recruitment, work-life, and education event that connects employers with professionals seeking or changing jobs. The Recruitment, Work Life & Education 2019 event was held at Jyväskylä's Paviljonki on Tuesday, 22 January 2019, from 9:00 to 18:00. The event brings together recruiting companies and professionals, and it now includes educational institutions offering secondary education, as well as universities of applied sciences and universities, enabling these providers to present their programs. In 2018 the event welcomed over 3,000 visitors and more than 80 companies and employers participated; 94% of exhibitors reported satisfaction, noting that they found good employees and established contacts with interns.

We deliver our activities through collaboration with partner organizations, including Jyväskylän Messut and Mediatalo Keskisuomalaisen, and with partners such as the City of Jyväskylä, Keski-Suomen TE-toimisto, Keski-Suomen Yrittäjät, Jyväskylän yliopisto, JAMK, and Gradia.

Our presence is based in Jyväskylä, Finland, with the activity rooted in the Jyväskylä region and Central Finland.
