Ressources Humaines, we are a self-employed organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2004 and are headquartered in Bidart, France.

We accompany leaders, leadership teams, managers, and political functions, drawing on twenty years of field experience in the commercial sector and the provision of services to businesses. We have done this for eight years and hold a certification from the Institute of Coaching International in Geneva in 2002. From the field to management, we began pursuing entrepreneurship around 2000.

As a catalyst and facilitator, we support learning by experience, employing pedagogy and active listening to guide our clients toward greater aptitudes and developed skills, more informed engagements, more satisfying relationships with others, and stronger self-esteem and self-confidence.
