We are RETHIC, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2009 and are headquartered in Rambouillet, France.

We recruit executives and experts in an ethical approach aligned with sustainable development and future-oriented solutions. We specialize in two poles of activity: Energy Transition (Environment, Renewable Energies, and Energy Performance) and Sustainable Mobility & Smart City (Public Transport, Intelligent Systems, and New Mobilities). As specialists on these ecosystems, we bring a specialist perspective and we work across a wide range of roles for clients. Examples of roles we handle include engineers and experts, project managers and project directors, Sales Engineers and Business Managers, Technical, Operations or Commercial Directors, and transversal roles such as Transition Managers.
