We are an HR tech startup focused on capability assessment services for consulting firms. We offer three services: the ability evaluation service "1st Interview," the consultant career transition service "CaseCORE," and strategy and IT consulting. The 1st Interview visualizes a candidate's consulting abilities through video-recorded interviews and case interviews, and it is used by consulting firms to assess candidates. The CaseCORE service uses the capability evaluation framework to present only those who meet pre-agreed criteria, enabling a special screening route with an interview. We provide strategy and IT consulting by leveraging our experience and network, and we handle projects such as value estimation for business acquisitions (BDD), feasibility studies for new ventures, and procurement process BPR.

We deliver our services by combining recorded interviews with case interviews to visualize candidate capabilities, applying an assessment framework to identify those who meet defined criteria for referral, and offering a special screening route when candidates meet the agreed criteria.
