We are ReX Recruitment Exchange, a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.

We are a crowdstaffing platform creating a network of independent business partners—freelance recruiters who run the most difficult and demanding recruitment processes anywhere in Europe. We view recruitment as a new dimension and we provide opportunities to participate in the evolution of recruitment which gently and effectively synchronizes needs and potential of the human resources sector. We maintain traditional quality with the use of modern technology. We are easily adaptable, local and global at the same time.
