We apply cognitive neuroscience to human resources. Neurocognitive assessment is the process by which, through the administration of various tests and tasks, we form a profile of mental functioning, including intellectual and affective-emotional aspects.

This methodology has developed significantly in the United States and Europe, and our consultancy is a pioneer in Argentina in applying these studies to human resources. The results achieved through this method, with respect to the competencies analyzed, are more precise than those obtained with the projective techniques commonly used for these evaluations. These results allow us to evaluate a candidate more deeply based on the position's profile, studying the competencies of the role to be filled in detail; we define which set of techniques to use, meaning it is not a standard package of tests, but the techniques are selected to fit the needs of the search.
