We are RH Solution, a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Lomas de Zamora, Argentina.

We are professionals in human resources with more than 10 years of experience in small and medium-sized enterprises and in multinational companies across diverse sectors, where we develop and implement soft and hard HR processes. We currently provide advisory services to SMEs that do not have an internal HR area or lack the capacity to cover some processes. We specialize in providing competency-based personnel selection with the goal of optimizing existing processes and promoting talent management. We help create from scratch the main HR processes to manage the work teams of our clients efficiently and strategically. Our mission is to provide strategic value to boost growth and professionalize HR areas in small and medium-sized enterprises by offering coaching to owners, managers and work teams.

We deliver our services through advisory support, working with clients to identify needs, design and implement HR processes, and support competency-based recruitment to optimize operations. We focus on developing and implementing both soft and hard HR processes to support efficient and strategic workforce management.
