In talent placement, we attract job seekers through a YouTube-centered social media approach, and our agents are not drawn from recruitment firms; instead, professionals who have excelled as top players across diverse industries serve as our specialists. In overseas talent placement, we connect engineering graduates from top universities in Southeast Asia with Japanese companies, handling around 100 hires per year, and we provide Japanese language education to ensure N3 level before entry. In KANPAI, we develop content around owners' lives through M&A and operate local government incubators to support regional revitalization, collaborating with Japan M&A Center and Gento-sha. In DEFASTA, we are building Japan's first job site where applicants can preview future supervisors; the service is paused as we migrate to production, but a beta launch has already secured 70 curated job postings, and video content has generated interest in this new approach.
