Ripen People Evolution — we are a partnership operating in the human resources industry, headquartered in Cordoba, Argentina.

In People Insight we focus on Potential, Learning Agility, Power Skills, and Technical Skills. In People Development we provide Talent review, Career coaching, Power Skills Program and Leadership development. In People Well-being we offer Engagement measurement, Healthy plans design, Hacking HR policies and practices, and Wellbeing Skills Program. In Cultural Hacking we provide Cultural Canvas Diagnosis, Cultural Design, Purpose and values, Behavior and rituals, Psychological safety and emotions, and Policies & practices. In Ripen Academy we offer Learning Agility Program, Agile Leadership Program, Power Skills Program and Well-being Skills Program.
