RISORS-E SRL is a partnership operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Carrara, Italy.

We pursue a fiduciary and ongoing relationship with our clients to provide 360-degree HR consulting, with the aim of being a key component for their development rather than a simple service provider. In 2017, we obtained ministerial authorization to conduct personnel research and selection, becoming the first recruitment and selection agency with legal and operational headquarters in the Province of Massa-Carrara.

We listen to the client, understand their needs and preferences, and find the perfect solution for their company. We are registered in the Register of Labour Agencies, Section IV, with permanent authorization Protocol No. 0000023 dated 13 February 2020.

We provide HR management services, including identifying incentives and subsidies for hiring, advising on personnel management and applicable contract types to improve flexibility and manage costs. We offer temporary management and outsourcing of personnel direction. We provide staff and sales coaching.

We handle internships and apprenticeships: selecting the resource to be inserted and activating and managing procedures with the chosen promoter entity.

We specialize in human resources, coaching, recruiting, HR management in outsourcing, planning of corporate training, personnel budgeting, and organizational analysis.
