We are RoadJob, a nonprofit organization in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Como, Italy.
We promote technical professions and STEM disciplines through orientation, training and retraining initiatives. We offer RoadJob Academy, which provides high-quality post-diploma training closely connected to the labor market, to prepare for today’s industry and the challenges of tomorrow.
We design and implement all initiatives by integrating the input of stakeholders operating in the world of work and in the world of training: companies, technical institutes, training bodies, universities, employment agencies, and public bodies.
We are active in Italy, with initiatives in the territories of Como, Lecco and Monza e Brianza.
