We are Rockmybaby® Group, a privately held company operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2006 and are headquartered in Havelock North, New Zealand.

We connect families with experienced childcare practitioners and offer the full spectrum of care, from in-home education to nannies, after-school care to babysitting. We work with government ministries and agencies to help meet complex care needs, and we provide support to other childcare providers, in-home education programmes, charities and social organisations across New Zealand. For corporate entities such as accommodation and event venues, we arrange care for guests, from one-off sessions to longer-term nannying services.

We deliver services by coordinating care through our online system, which is available whenever it is needed. We begin by interviewing, vetting and engaging with experienced childcare practitioners.
