ROXX Inc. is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

Our vision is to care for people and to question society, and we develop HR tech services to transform the labor-intensive staffing industry. In our approach, we combine career services, social headhunting, and sharing economy principles with HRTech, HR, SaaS, BtoB, CtoC, customer success, human resources, career advisors, and platform capabilities.

We deliver our services through SARDINE, a cloud recruitment database for agencies. It is available on a monthly subscription, enabling us to present our own candidates to more than 1,500 job postings and to receive 100% of the placement fee at contract closure. We also provide SARDINE Cloud Operations Management, a completely free cloud-based system for recruitment agencies to manage candidate registration, document handling, and post-application screening in one place, helping to streamline operations and contribute to revenue growth. We offer Back Check, a monthly reference-check service that gathers information about a candidate's background and achievements from supervisors or colleagues, at roughly one-tenth of the industry cost, making it accessible to startups as well as large enterprises.

Our operations are focused in Japan, and we serve clients across the country.

We will increase our team and pursue an IPO, continuing to advance our capabilities and momentum.
