We are RS Agentura práce, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We are headquartered in Plzeň, Plzeňský.

Our main goal is to take over an already well-started operation and achieve even better results. We are gradually establishing recruitment centers in other cities across our country. When searching for potential employees, we place a strong emphasis on their qualities in terms of work ethic. Our next objective is to expand the list of professions and areas of activity. We currently hire citizens of the Czech Republic, citizens of EU member states, and foreigners from non-EU countries.

We deliver our services through a structured recruitment approach. We do not settle for a mere CV; the principal criterion for candidate selection is the result of a thorough intake interview, which helps us secure high-quality personnel and provides a basis for placement. We also rely on a sophisticated supportive system that not only helps us attract capable workers but also motivates them to improve their performance. Over time, our employees gain valuable experience and many are offered opportunities to transition to permanent status.

We fill many positions, both skilled and unskilled, including CO2 welders, CNC machinists, painters, forklift drivers, warehouse workers, assemblers, production operators, and more; where possible, we arrange temporary and part-time engagements.

We operate primarily in the Czech Republic, with national expansion through recruitment centers in Plzeň and other cities. We hire citizens of the Czech Republic, citizens of EU member states, and foreigners from non-EU countries.
