Réseau Suisse is a self-owned staffing and recruitment initiative operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland.

We are an initiative born from the direct involvement of well-established Swiss companies that lead in their sectors, with the aim of facilitating access to employment for cross-border workers. We provide support through work permits, employment contracts, and matchmaking. If you hold a Swiss work permit, you may choose a job through our partner. If you do not have a work permit, the Network brings together companies that aim to facilitate access to employment for cross-border workers. Registration is available on our platform or directly through our partner (faster). Once you obtain a position in Switzerland, you will benefit from a personalized advisory service, provided by a team of FINMA-certified experts, to guide you at every step of your installation and integration.

We deliver our services through a dedicated employment coordination unit that coordinates the process and supports cross-border workers through their journey.
