We are San Martino servizi, a nonprofit social enterprise operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1989 and are headquartered in Milan, Italy.

We aim to contribute to the internationalization of universities and Italian companies by promoting the entry and placement of highly qualified foreign personnel. We support the entry into the Italian job market for international students. In Lombardy, during the last three years, around 16,000 young people arrive each year to study at regional universities. We promote, in synergy with profit and non-profit organizations, the employment of foreign citizens, whether they are vulnerable or already fully integrated. How do we do this? We accompany universities and companies on all matters related to immigration law. Yet we consider it crucial not to limit ourselves to technical support, and we work to meet the broader needs of foreigners to understand the Italian economic, social, and cultural context, which can be very different from their country of origin, as well as the need for relationship.
