Sandson AB is a public company operating in the staffing and recruitment industry, and we were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Lund, Sweden.

We enable the labor market for Swedish and international workers on a glocal labor market, and we maintain close collaboration with many organizations, companies and universities.

We are a member of EURES, which works to increase mobility within the European labor market with a focus on shortage occupations. As a subcontractor to Arbetsförmedlingen, we work with the Rusta och Matcha service and offer job seekers guidance toward jobs or studies.

With support from the European Union, via the European Social Fund and Erasmus+, we drive projects that give youth and adults the opportunity to go to Europe for work placements, and we also host students from other EU countries and offer them internships with companies in Sweden.

We operate in Sweden with offices in Lund, Malmö, Gothenburg and Helsingborg.

We provide a range of services and areas of specialization, including project management, coaching, career guidance, labor market support, mentoring, transition, mobility, recruitment, and Rusta och Matcha.
