We are SC Job Consult SRL, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

With extensive experience in recruitment and long-standing collaboration with firms operating both nationally and internationally, we formed to innovate the candidate selection process and to bring about the changes needed in this sector of the job market. Our aim is to create a complete profile of candidates, including education data, training, professional experience and a range of competencies essential for employment, as well as a description of personal skills, aptitudes and traits that may represent values sought by employers, even in the absence of work experience. In this approach, both candidates, whose chances of employment rise significantly, and employers, who can find the right people more easily, benefit. Aware that this dynamic is partly driven by the succinct nature of CVs, which do not always give employers enough information about a candidate’s qualities, we set out to redefine the notion of CV. Thus, we designed the CV of personality, which consists of the interpreted result of a psychological test and complements the classic CV by revealing personal characteristics of the candidate, such as personality, mental flexibility, adaptability, creativity, and emotional traits.
