We are SC Sommerfeld Consulting GmbH, a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1993 and are headquartered in Krefeld, Germany.

We search for and act as an agency for management personnel and specialists for top positions in the print and packaging industry.

By focusing on a few sectors and with more than 20 years of experience, we have gained a unique, in-depth understanding of the requirements of the markets, the business environment and the special challenges faced by our clients. We have a dense network of contacts with experienced specialists in these sectors. Problem solving, effective methods and long-term cooperation with clients and applicants are the hallmarks of our work.

We specialize in the packaging industry and provide personnel consulting, direct search, business coaching, and personality tests. We also offer personnel consultants for packaging industry, occupational personality tests, BIP, headhunting for packaging, and personnel consultants for mechanical engineering, the chemical industry, and the printing industry.

We operate in Germany and the United States, with assignments in Europe and the United States. We have a special interest in gaining experience and expanding our operation to the Middle East, India and China.

We are a member of the Federal Association of German Management Consultants (BDU).
