Sealand Maritime Services

We are Sealand Maritime Services, a self-owned organization operating in the temporary help services industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Xiamen, China.

We specialize in international cruise crew labor cooperation, training, and dispatching crew members for cruise lines worldwide. We have established close partnerships with major cruise lines worldwide and have trained and dispatched nearly 20,000 crew members to cruise companies in Europe, the United States, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Based in Xiamen, we have established companies in Shanghai and Wuhan, and in June 2020 we opened a branch in Kunming to serve the Southwest region. We also have joint ventures in several countries.

Our specialties include crew dispatch, labor cooperation, crew training, international cruise, personnel dispatch, employment consulting, maritime services, and international cooperation.

Our geographic presence spans China, the United States, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Our business scope includes dispatching various labor personnel abroad, providing overseas employment information, consulting, and intermediary services (including interns); recruiting overseas personnel on behalf of foreign employers; offering pre-departure training for overseas workers; assisting in the notarization of vocational qualifications; and facilitating outbound procedures for overseas workers.
