Sekando is a public company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.

We are solving two problems in recruitment. First, selecting an agency can be difficult because many agencies claim to be experts in every field. Second, a 60-minute lunch to discuss recruitment needs is not attractive to many. We created a marketplace to address these issues by enabling needs to be published for free, allowing recruitment agencies to compete for assignments by making offers, and enabling the selection of the agency that fits best based on ratings and reviews or price.

We deliver these services through a marketplace that supports this process: needs are published for free, agencies compete by submitting offers, and selections are made based on fit, including considerations such as ratings and price.

We operate in Sweden.

We believe in transparency and that progress in recruitment comes from letting agencies compete in a field where customers set the rules.
