Selección Northlatam, we were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Alajuela, Costa Rica. We operate as a nonprofit organization in the human resources industry.

We believe that starting in the professional field can be challenging, but not impossible. We provide free guidance to professionals who are in the process of seeking employment or who are currently employed by a company with the goal of achieving better development and advancing their careers within the company. We also offer support and feedback on resume writing, tips for identifying new opportunities, and information about recruitment and selection firms.
