We are SeniorsAtWork, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland.

We connect individuals, companies, associations or start-ups with 50plus and retired but active professionals who look for part-time or full-time jobs. Our mission is to make better use of the professional potential of older experienced people in our society, and to promote intergenerational exchange. We are convinced that a respectful cooperation between young and old is a great added value for our society and benefits everyone.

We provide a platform that enables motivated people aged 50 and over to offer their services in areas such as accounting, administration, mentoring or care.

We connect individuals with opportunities in accounting, administration, mentoring and care.

Our operations are centered in Switzerland.

With the platform we want to offer the possibility that the knowledge, experience and wisdom of older people in our society is preserved.
