We are Servantes bv, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Aalst, Belgium.

We provide local authorities with a solution by making experts in areas such as environment, civil affairs, and social affairs available to local administrations who can be deployed immediately in daily services. Our employees form the flexible shell or buffer of the local administration. We help administrations to address short- and long-term peaks, short- and long-term understaffing due to absence from vacation, training, illness, or awaiting recruitment, provide appropriate staffing during transition periods when it is not yet clear which competencies will be required in the future, and deliver a temporary injection of specific expertise, for example during the restructuring of a department, the start-up of new software, or the introduction of new procedures.
