We note that turnover rates have dropped significantly in organisations that have implemented SHL’s scientifically supported tests and simulation exercises. We provide training on the use of SHL tools for HR professionals.
We deliver competency measurement tools and related questionnaires, used to assess about fifteen thousand people each year, either individually or as part of Assessment and Development Centres.
