Shortlist.dk® | a JKS Company is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in København, Denmark.

We are the new player within the talent acquisition landscape, and we are here to make some changes. We have taken recruitment fully digital. We specialize in finding, qualifying, and motivating the right set of candidates for our clients’ talent acquisition processes. We support our clients’ talent acquisition processes by delivering skilled candidates at a speed that is otherwise unheard of within the industry. We have a solid track record: over 97% hire one (or more) of the candidates that we deliver. Because of this, clients utilize us for a minimum of four other assignments within the first 12 months. We are a passionate company that simply loves helping our clients get the right candidates.
