We are SHT Duuni Oy, a recruitment industry specialist operating across Finland. We were founded in 2008 and are headquartered in Tampere, Finland.

We serve both employers and job seekers across Finland, with offices in Turku, Helsinki and Tampere. Our operations are guided by a people-centered approach, quality, reliability and openness. We place our employees and customers at the center of our operations, and we take care of them and invest in every encounter.

We offer temporary work as a natural pathway to summer jobs as well as part-time and longer-term positions. The opportunities provided by temporary work—from earning extra income to securing a permanent job—offer a way to gain experience and a reliable path to work. In temporary work, we are the employer, even if you work at one or more of our client companies. In our employment relationships, we always adhere to the applicable collective agreement regarding pay, retirement benefits, holiday pay, compensation for shortened working hours, per diems and travel allowances. We have internal payroll administration, and we handle matters personally and reliably. We also work with a private occupational health service provider.

We operate nationwide across Finland, with offices in Turku, Helsinki and Tampere.

Most of our long-term temporary engagements end with permanent employment on the client company's payroll, and nearly all employment relationships are full-time.
