Sigma med GmbH is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2023 and are headquartered in Vienna, Austria.

We specialize in the placement of qualified nursing staff from the German-speaking region (DACH) to health and care facilities across Austria. In a complex health system, sustainable staffing of key nursing positions is a challenge. Our aim is to meet this need with quality, reliability, and a deep understanding of the nursing profession.
