We are Simply Guiding, a self-employed organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Odense, Denmark.

We provide evidence-based employment interventions with the aim of including disadvantaged jobseekers or people on sick leave in the regular labor market or in education. We collaborate with national job centers, municipal youth units, child- and family departments, and insurance and pension companies, offering their customers tailored solutions to help them return to work or pursue new sustainable employment.

We work with people's resources, hopes, and dreams. We believe that each person is unique and possesses valuable resources, and we believe that the individual themselves knows their strengths and needs best. Therefore we have experience guiding people to take control of their own lives and to experience the joy this brings. We believe that working with people's dreams for the future, their curiosity about different aspects of life, combined with competent professional support, has a lasting positive effect.
