We are Singfulness™, a partnership operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Moncalieri, Italy.

We offer services to individuals, groups, and companies, integrating vocal improvisation techniques inspired by jazz with coaching and counselling methodologies. We aim to increase self-awareness and well-being, and to help people improve the quality of communication and relationships through experiential and creative training practices.

We organize our offering around three distinct declinations: @Work, which covers training projects, team building, and corporate event facilitation on topics such as leadership, teamwork, communication, active listening, change management, innovation, and voice use; Core, which includes team or group coaching and group counselling for self-knowledge and personal growth, supported by vocal improvisation practices; and Relax, which provides practices for relaxation and personal well-being through mindful breathing and the use of the voice.
