We are Skills-RH, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2005 and we are headquartered in Porto, Portugal.

We were founded in 2005, drawing on experience and knowledge of gaps across the consulting market, and we established three core axes: client consultancy; risk and success sharing; and creativity in service of the objective.

We deliver our services by focusing on client consultancy, sharing risk and success, and applying creativity to help achieve our clients' objectives.

Our areas of specialization include performance management, coaching, mentoring, competency management, remuneration policy management, strategic outsourcing, future framing solutions, and identification and talent acquisition.

We operate in Portugal.
