SKÅNESTOR, we are a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Lund, Sweden.

We are your competence and recruitment partner and offer services in Life Science, Food, and Process and Production. We work on questions, tasks and challenges related to our clients' daily operations and can take on different roles within our assignments. We guide our clients to a solution, help to make decisions, relieve during high workloads and handle unforeseen events. We also assist with recruitment needs and find suitable candidates. We take full responsibility or support our clients with project management, process solutions for manufacturing, regulatory, quality management and production.
