Here at SkyHawk Recruitment, our mission is to use our extensive Skills, Experience, and Training to enhance the Lifeblood (“Staff”) of Companies, and thus give our Clients strategic leverage over their competitors (thus our name “SkyHawk Recruitment”). We here at SkyHawk Recruitment understand how important it is to hire the right people, and how much of a difference “good people” can make, when placed in the right positions within one’s company, and what strategic leverage such employees can offer. Our job is to save your Staff/Company time, and thus resources, both in the process of recruiting itself, and of course “most especially” in the much larger process of having staff working in ones organisation over an extended period of time. In the nature of our mission, we here at SkyHawk Recruitment also “Regard our Soldiers as our Children” – Sun Tzu; The Art of War, this is a Philosopher that we feel is akin to our Mission – all Recruiters, are trained on his literature to benefit both our and your company alike, we of course believe in mutually beneficial outcomes for both Candidates and Businesses alike (essential in our opinion), and always strive to find our Candidates/Staff employment that utilises their greatest strengths as well. A-lot of the time our Business often becomes a part of our Clients Businesses (their HR departments specifically), and our “Soldiers” often become theirs =). Although we do have very simple pricing plans (3 schemes, Contact or Call us), we do stay “Flow like water” (paraphrased Sun Tzu quote), and very often modify these plans to suit each of our clients’ individual needs, as every business in our experience, tends to have varying circumstances as such.
