We search for appropriate candidates according to principals' requirements; we check documents for validity and compliance with STCW regulations; we verify seafarers' COC and certificates; we check previous experience (references, evaluation forms, sea service records); we test professional level of English (Marlins Test); we check seafarers' professional knowledge (CES Test, Interview); we familiarize seafarers with the company's policies and procedures; we prepare documents for visas and flag state documents issuance; we prepare documents for joining vessels (crew list, guarantee letter); we arrange travel; we supply working uniforms; we provide consulting services. We are able to provide officers and ratings for merchant, offshore and fishing fleets.
