SmoothJob is a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Milan, Italy.

We aim to address the imbalance in organizational wellbeing coaching, where programs are often available only to a minority of staff due to budget constraints. In Italy, only 35% of workers have access to this type of program.

We deliver through two complementary paths that work in synergy: a community path that organizes events and initiatives to spread the principles and tools of coaching and to create a community around these topics, including the SmoothJob Experience and guides on workplace issues; and an artificial intelligence path that develops solutions based on deep learning and modern data analysis technologies to provide answers to workplace problems.
