We are SocBic AB, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Vänersborg, Sweden.

Our starting point is to staff social services with qualified consultants and to offer support to both consultants and clients during assignments. We are based in Västra Götaland with an office in Vänersborg, and we staff social work consultants across Sweden. We have an extensive pool of candidates and hold framework agreements; we are approved suppliers to municipalities across Sweden. We also have a large network of managers at various levels within all public sector activities.
