We are Social Welfare, a company operating in the human resources industry. We are headquartered in Forlì, Italy.

We coordinate and structure initiatives to increase the well-being of workers and their families through a different distribution of remuneration. We view corporate well-being as extending beyond the boundaries of the enterprise to become territorial welfare by building local networks that connect the workplace to the community. We view welfare as a tool that generates benefits for the company, by improving the work climate and productivity; for workers, by promoting well-being and supporting personal and family needs for balancing work and life; and for the territory, by valuing existing services and stimulating social innovation.
