SOPA

SOPA is a nonprofit organization, and we operate in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2006 and are headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania.

We are a partner of social responsibility, helping people with fewer opportunities—those with disabilities, unemployed individuals, long-term job seekers, or those lacking experience—to successfully find employment and establish themselves in the labor market. We work with employers to create inclusive work environments by contributing to sustainability and diversity goals, helping form more diverse and creative teams, strengthening employee loyalty and internal culture, and providing opportunities to contribute to change in society.
