We are Source Executive Recruitment, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.

We have 25 years in the industry and we understand the challenges involved in recruiting safely to the public sector. We serve customers across Sweden in the state, municipalities, regions, academia and other socially beneficial organizations.

We specialize in executive recruitment and, in addition to executive search, offer second opinions, background checks and security screening interviews. We live by our guiding principles: knowledge, safety and sustainability in our recruitments. In our service delivery we combine our competencies in recruitment, evidence-based selection, leadership and market mapping and adapt our service in a consultative way based on a combination of our experience and our customers' unique needs.
