Sourcein is a self-owned organization operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic.

We emerged from an understanding that the traditional recruitment business lacks transparency and friendliness of genuine human relationships. We previously worked as solo consultants and often as competitors for over 10 years, and we share the same values. We are here to build open, friendly and life-long relationships with clients, whoever they are—tech managers hiring new talents or software developers seeking a career change.
