Spire Executive is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

We are an apparel, footwear and retail focused executive search practice serving regional searches in Asia-Pacific and Europe. We came into existence because of our belief that the executive search and recruitment industry needs to offer more to both talent and clients. We believe that our expertise and our approach can create sustainable and lasting results. Our aim was not to create just another executive search company; the world doesn’t need another. We put our heads together to answer two questions: How can we create that differentiated and sustainable value? What can we bring to the table that will motivate people to work with us? We think we found the answers. So, several months later, in a typically small Hong Kong serviced office, Spire Executive came to life.
