We are Spot Egitim ve Spor Hizmetleri Ltd, a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1995 and are headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey.

We embrace Shared Leadership as a culture that helps us determine where we stand out and where we delegate initiative to others, not only in work life but also in family and other social relationships. Shared leadership involves developing broad and deep leadership capacity beyond the appointed leader. Motivating others, coaching, setting an example, inspiring, and valuing the team's unity and resilience do not require being a manager or senior. As a striking example, Shared Leadership can involve a tea server persuading and motivating their superiors to transform marketing strategies. Shared Leadership guides the team toward its goals with greater skill, and perhaps more importantly, creates an environment where everyone's different talents and skills are valued, making us feel more human and motivated.
